DIY No Shine Matte Face Powder!

No one wants to spend what seems like HOURS doing their makeup and then end up looking like an oily faced mess. Matte face powder is a great way to finish off your makeup look and will leave you looking photo ready. It leaves your face looking smooth and flawless! There are a variety of different companies you can choose to buy your matte face powder but I prefer to use alternatives.  Here are my top 5 alternatives to store bought face powders:

1. Kaolin Clay
2. Rice Powder
3. Corn Starch
4. Bentonite Clay
5. French Green Clay

Here are a few recipes to start from (mix and match as you like):

Recipe 1:

• 1/2 TBSP Cornstarch
• 1/2 TBSP Rice Powder
• 2 tsp French Green Clay

Recipe 2:

• 1 TBSP Kaolin Clay
• 2 tsp Bentonite Clay
